Jackie Brehm Edmondson

Jackie Brehm Edmondson is the director of Public Relations and Marketing for Gadsden Sate Community College. In addition to serving as Board Chair for the Boys and Girls Club, she serves on the Board of Directors and is the campaign chair for the United Way of Etowah County and is a member of the Gadsden Public Library Foundation Board of Directors. She is also a founding member of Club Blue, an advocacy group for the Boys and Girls Club.  Jackie was also awarded the 2015 Beverly Burton New Board Member of the Year by the Alabama Alliance of the Boys and Girls Clubs.

LaToya Campbell

LaToya Campbell is currently an assistant principal at Gadsden City High School, and a fixture within our community.  Ms. Campbell also volunteers as a coach with the schools bowling. She volunteered with Boys and Girls Club prior to becoming a board member. She has been a member of our Board of Directors since May of 2014.

Rodgerick Williams

Rodgerick Williams is employed by Community Health Systems as the Division Director of Biomedical Services for Divisions I, II and III and Gadsden Regional Medical Center. Rodgerick is also the owner of Williams Realty Management; his own nonprofit Organization ARAP (Against Racism Aggression and Poverty) and he is also the Vice President of 13th Place.

Donna Garner

Donna Garner is an Artist/Painter who does commissioned art, interior decoration, custom furniture design, custom furniture finishes, murals, and faux finishes. She has been in this business full time since 2002. She is also working on a nonprofit for children called Arts for Kids.

Lee Cox

Lee Cox is the Business Development Manager at Exchange Bank. He currently serves on the Board of Directors for the Boys and Girls Club of Etowah County. Lee also volunteers with United Way of Etowah County as a Loaned Executive and has been a MANNA volunteer for eight years.

Julia Nolen Knox

Julia Nolen Knox is a homemaker and philanthropist.  She is involved in the Chairman’s Club for Cultural Arts.  She is a sponsor of the Andy Warhol Exhibit at the Gadsden Center for Cultural Arts and a United Way 10 year sponsor of the Girlfriend Gala benefitting children’s literacy.  She is also a member of the Committee of One Hundred for Emory Universitiy’s Candler School of Theology and is an active member of Gadsden’s First United Methodist Church.

Pastor Ty Dillon

Tymetric Dillon is the Pastor of Living Truth Christian Center. His mission is to liberate and build people so that they live their best life. In addition to serving on the Board of Directors for the Boys and Girls Clubs of Gadsden Etowah County he also volunteers regularly to support a variety of community enrichment efforts.

Will Mackey

Will Mackey is the Program Manager at The Chamber Gadsden/Etowah County and is a native of the Gadsden area. In addition to serving on the Board of Directors for the Boys & Girls Club of Gadsden/Etowah County, he also serves in a volunteer capacity as special events co-chair on the steering committee for the United Way of Etowah County’s Young Leaders Society, on the Board of Managers for the YMCA of the Coosa Valley, and is a satellite member of the Kiwanis Club of Gadsden.

Lisa Sims

Lisa Sims RN CPHRM, is a Clinical Analyst at Riverview Regional Medical Center. I addition to serving on the Board of Directors for the Boys and Girls Club of Gadsden/Etowah she is a member of Club Blue, volunteers for American Heart and attends Gadsden Christian Fellowship Church. Lisa is married to Roger. They have two children, Keith and Katie and two grandchildren Jaxon and Alexandra.

Jennifer Jackson

Jennifer Jackson is the Branch Manager of the Gadsden Main Office of Regions Bank. She has been with Regions for 13 years. When not working, she is very active with the Gadsden Kiwanis Club, and is a past President of the club. She looks forward the most to spending time with her husband and daughter, and running.

Sam Bone

Sam Bone is a Gadsden divorce lawyer. Sam began serving on the board in 2017. Sam works with his Dad, Dani Bone, who grew up in the Boys & Girls Club in East Gadsden, Alabama.

Towanna Wilson

Towanna Pierce Wilson is a native of Gadsden, Alabama. She is married to Taurus Wilson Sr. and we have 3 beautiful children together: Taurus Wilson Jr., Tavaris, James Wilson, and Taurya Wilson.  All of her children attend the Boys and Girls Club of Gadsden and Etowah County.

Towanna attended the Basil Gilchrist Boys and Girls Club unit, and she was the 1st female youth of the year at the basil Gilchrist unit 1991 and 1992. I am a 1995 graduate of the great and wonderful Gadsden High School.  She has a Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration/Organizational Management from Talladega College. She also has an Associates of Science degree in Computer Science and Technology from Sneed State Community College. Towanna is currently obtaining another degree, Associates of Applied Business Degree in Captioning and Court Reporting from Cuyahoga Community College.
